Reiki Distance Healing

An Ancient Science

Reiki energy transcends time and space and can be sent or transmitted anywhere in the world, to anyone at any time. I have been attuned, or empowered as an Usui Reiki Master and am thus able to use the symbol for distance healing. This symbol combined with other Reiki symbols facilitates an energy connection between us.

Reiki works from the outside in, addressing disturbances in the subtle energy bodies and moving into the physical body over a three day period. Reiki restores order and balance to the energy body. It calms the mind and stabilizes the emotions.

When you schedule with me, you will automatically get a zoom link where we can meet, connect and talk with any questions as well as intention you may have, and/or what do you want the session to support (e.g. a physical or health issue, goal, or challenge). The healing will be done off camera. You will also find a quiet place in your home or location where there will be no distractions. Playing reiki healing music is also welcomed if you prefer. You can choose to be in a receptive state (such as lying down or meditating during the treatment). Set an Intention that you are open to receiving reiki from me.

Prior to a treatment:

Keep an open mind to receiving Reiki and be willing to change for your greatest and highest good.

Drink lots of good quality water before, during and after a Reiki Treatment. Your body will be undergoing a "Spiritual Detox." So it needs fluids to detoxify your body, mind and soul. After the treatment, listen to your body observe any emotions that may arise. This is important for your healing journey!
