Reiki means "Spiritually guided Universal Life Force Energy." Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is based on the idea that a "life force energy" flows through us and it's what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick, ungrounded, stuck or feel stress. However, if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy. Reiki is both powerful and gentle with a safe, non-invasive form of hands on healing. Reiki is used to relieve pain, strengthen the immune system, re-balance the functioning of the organs, eliminate toxins from the body, calm the mind and emotions, aid in concentration, help in the grieving process and generally accelerate the body's own healing process (mind, body & spirit). Reiki is not affiliated with any particular religion or religious practice.
All of the Reiki services will also include my Healing Touch Therapy. With this, patients claim to feel relaxed and renewed after each session. I’m trained in psychological techniques, so I tailor your session to work on your specific goals and needs. I love showing my patients how just a few treatments can make an enormous difference to their health.
Getting a Reiki treatment is an investment in you. Returning for sessions bi-weekly or monthly will do the greatest healing needed for you and your soul.

Prior to a treatment:
Keep an open mind to receiving Reiki and be willing to change for your greatest and highest good.
Drink lots of good quality spring water before, during and after a Reiki Treatment. Your body will be undergoing a "Spiritual Detox." So it needs fluids to detoxify your mind, body and soul.

Services are available daytime, evening and weekends. In order to better serve my clients it would be greatly appreciated that you arrive as closely as possible to your scheduled appointment time.
